Metalloporphyrins in macromolecular chemistry

Abstract

The review presents an analysis of the data on the synthesis of metalloporphyrin-based polymers of different structure. Manufacturing coordination polymers via extra coordination of small molecules and fragments of high-molecular-weight compounds by porphyrin metal complexes are discussed. The main approaches to the development of functional materials based on these polymers are summarized.
