Effect of Tinaium Nitride Coatings on Stress Structural Inhomogeneity in Oxide-Carbide Ceramic. Part 2. Concentrated Force Action1

  • Published:
Refractories and Industrial Ceramics Aims and scope

The effect of a coating on stress structural inhomogeneity in an oxide-carbide ceramic under action of a concentrated force load is studied. A significant effect is revealed for a coating on properties governing stress structural inhomogeneity in ceramic. A requirement is noted for considering stress structural inhomogeneity in designing objects made from oxide-carbide ceramic with a coating.
