Measurement Techniques Aims and scope

The systematic error of radar measurements related to the signal transit time is considered. It is shown that the distances to objects depend on their angles of view while the time dependence is indirect. Radar measurements are performed in a projective coordinate system in which the use of a single measuring device leads to the appearance of two measurement zones and a systematic error.
