Nonaxisymmetric Contact Problem for Circular Plate

The contact problem for a circular plate of specified stiffness on elastic layer and elastic half-space is solved using the Zhemochkin method. The rotation angles of the circular punch under the action of momentum are summarized in a table. The distribution of displacements and contact stresses in a diametral cross-section of the circular plate is shown for the special case of its loading by concentrated force.
