Physical Basis of Climate Change and its Impact on the Operating Conditions of Port Hydraulic Structures

  • Published:
Power Technology and Engineering Aims and scope

The article considers the main climate-forming factors and a number of feedbacks in the Earth’s climate system. Data on the current state of the emission level are presented and their retrospective assessment with respect to carbon dioxide is given. The consequences of climate change that are significant for marine structures are presented, an assessment of their impact on the operation of seaport hydraulic structures is given.
