Synthesis of New Pyrazoles and 1,2,3-Triazoles from Allenoates Based on N-Maleopimarimide-Substituted Proteinogenic Amino Acids

Conjugates containing a diterpene moiety and pharmacophoric pyrazole or triazole ring were synthesized regioselectively via 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of diazomethane or methyl-2-azidoacetate to allenoates.
