Synthesis of Flavonoid Derivatives of Cytisine. 4. Synthesis of 3-aryl-7-[2-(cytisin-12-yl)ethoxy]Coumarins

  • Published:
Chemistry of Natural Compounds Aims and scope

The possibility of using the alkaloid cytisine to synthesize N 12-cytisinylethoxy 3-arylcoumarin derivatives was studied. A series of substituted 3-aryl-7-(N 12-cytisinylethoxy)coumarins with the coumarin and cytisine moieties connected by a linker were synthesized.
