Reliability Optimization Method Alternative to bPOE

Abstract

A new reliability optimization method, an alternative to the bPOE method, is developed. To compare the performance of the proposed method and of the original bPOE method, numerical experiments are conducted using two different data sets. An analysis of the calculation results shows that they are the same for both methods.
