Abstract

A review of experimental and theoretical studies of basic processes of spin dynamics in magnetic resonance and relaxation of polarized beta-active nuclei (beta-NMR) is presented. Various problems related to multi-spin and multi-quanta transitions, magnetic resonance in slow fluctuating field and spin transport in disordered media are considered.
