Abstract
An overview is provided of spectrometric methods for determination of the number of ligand molecules per protein molecule in monoclonal conjugates used in radiodiagnostics or radiotherapy. Individual methods (UV/Vis, fluorescence, and infrared spectrometry) are discussed and examples of their application described.
