Abstract
Objective In view of the unfavorable supervision of Chinese medical herbs in the logistics process due to product pollution and deterioration, it is necessary to develop the intellectualized and digitalized management system in the logistics transportation and storage process. Methods Based on internet of things technology and radio frequency identification technology(RFID), a logistics information of Chinese herbal medicine packaging tracing system was designed and developed, which realized the warehousing management, real-time positioning, temperature and humidity, and real-time update of data, and the system was applied to real-time environmental monitoring. Results The information traceability system of product packaging can facilitate the user to obtain information to improve the management level. The accuracy of the system measurement was verified by comparing with the values of temperature and humidity meters. Conclusions It provides a new idea for establishing a reliable and practical environment tracking and information traceable logistics system of Chinese herbal medicine, which is conducive to the protection of Chinese herbal medicine during storage and logistics.
