Abstract
This study is aimed to analyze the implications between the green economy and sociopolitical and environmental sustainability on institutional participatory governance. The basic assumption underlying this analysis is based on that individuals as members of society participate in social, economic, political, and environmental activities, creating a dialogue with other persons; therefore, there are implications for institutional governance. The method employed is analytical and reflective based on the literature reviewed. It is concluded that the new forms of governance are perceived by society as the modes of ordering the teleological orientation of green economic, social, political, environmental scientific, and technological action.
