Abstract

This paper mainly studies the quality evaluation of white ink in flexography and the optimization scheme of printing effect. White ink not only affects the covering power of the package, but also affects the realization of color ink. This paper expounds the influence of white ink on printing quality from two aspects of opacity and leveling, and discusses the feasibility of optimizing white ink by improving the anilox engraving technology and controlling the process parameters of ink transfer process.
