Abstract

Time and again in human history—Culture is always the wellspring for every country to rise to meet challenges, and to shape the moments of transition. The 16th article in Analects of Confucius. Ji Sh defines that “if remoter people are not submissive, all the influences of civil culture and virtue are to be cultivated to attract them to be so; and when they have been so attracted, they must be made contented and tranquil”.
