Abstract

The deep inferior epigastric artery perforator flap is considered to be the gold standard for breast reconstruction with autologous tissue transplantation. However, with the popularization and in-depth study of clinical application, it is found that the classical deep inferior epigastric artery perforator flap still has some limitations [1].
