Abstract
Anterior segment optical coherence tomography (ASOCT) and Ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM) are two modalities that find widespread use in anterior segment imaging in children with glaucoma. Apart from their diagnostic importance, they aid in surgical interventions as well. They help in visualizing the layers of cornea, anterior segment angle (even with cloudy cornea), iris configuration, lens morphology, its relationship with adjacent structures and ciliary body and processes. This chapter describes various anterior segment images of eyes with childhood glaucoma obtained using ASOCT, microscope integrated OCT or UBM and also highlights the technique of performing UBM (video demonstration).
