Abstract

Non-melanic skin conditions are great imitators to certain pigmentary disorders. The most common are Bier’s spots, vascular twin spot, nevus anemicus, erythema punctatum Higuchi, Woronoff ring, carotenoderma, necrobiosis lipoidica, lichen aureus, yellowish patches of lichen planus under dermoscopy, xanthoma disseminatum, and atrophic nodular amyloidosis.
