Abstract

A 31-year-old male technician presented with recurrent ocular pain, double vision, and decreased vision in his right eye for 2 years. He was diagnosed with inflammatory orbital pseudotumor at local hospital and treatment with prednisone irregularly with the symptoms fluctuation. He denied respiratory, kidney, and skin problems.
