Abstract

Several corneal diseases may imitate keratoconus topographically or tomographically. This chapter provides clinical examples and an overview of (a) other corneal ectatic diseases related to keratoconus, (b) diseases that may go along with a pseudokeratoconic configuration, and (c) differential diagnoses of the corneal hydrops.
