Abstract
The preparation of the graft is critical to the smooth and the eventual success of the operation. The suture braiding procedures for the harvested semitendinosus tendon (ST), the gracilis tendon (GT), and the anterior half of the peroneus longus tendon (AHPLT) are similar. Depending on the number of strands to be made of each tendon, there is a corresponding folding method for the graft after braiding.
