Abstract

The distribution of interlayer controls the enrichment of remaining oil to a certain extent. The distribution of interlayer in yan10 reservoir in BS area of Maling oilfield is complex and diverse. By establishing normalization processing of natural gamma ray, density and acoustic time difference logging curves of inspection wells, the interlayer in thick sand body in this area can be identified. According to the shape, it can be divided into concave type, convex type, inverted wedge type and parallel strip type Convex and parallel strip type are the main types in the middle. Comparing the results of interlayer identification with the results of core analysis, it is found that the accuracy rate of identification of interlayer in thick sand body by normalization method is more than 80%, especially for the interlayer with thickness more than 10 cm, the accuracy rate is more than 95%. Through the analysis of the influence of interlayer on remaining oil, it is considered that the lower part of convex interlayer is more conducive to the enrichment of remaining oil, and the group distribution of parallel strip interlayer also causes the enrichment of remaining oil between the interlayer. The normalization of logging curves can be widely used in the identification of thick sand interbeds in oil fields, which is of great significance.
