Abstract
Volume fracturing is an effective means to improve the performance of tight reservoir development. When one or more main fractures are formed, natural fractures continue to expand, and brittle rock shear slip is generated, so as to realize the communication between natural fractures and rock bedding, and improve the performance of stimulation. According to the characteristics of the Nanpi Slope tight reservoir, research on horizontal well volume fracturing technology was carried out, which mainly included optimization of energy storage parameters, fluid flow rate and multi-cluster perforation parameters. The volume fracturing technology of horizontal well toe was innovatively formed, with an energy storage scale of 5000–6000 m3, a construction flow rate of 10–12 m3/min, and a single stage of fracturing fluid volume of 1200–1500 m3. This technology has been applied to three tight reservoir horizontal Wells in the Nanpi Slope, with an average daily oil gain of 25.8 tons per well after pressure. Up to now, it has accumulated 12,000 tons of oil, and has continued to be effective, with obvious fracturing effect. This study has important guiding significance for improving the reconstruction effect of this kind of reservoir.
