Abstract
I intend to demonstrate in this chapter, the influence of public policies as well as the incidence of the relationship between the state and the cooperative movement, thereby its translation in the legislation of our country. Also recognize that the Latin America’s laws approved during the twenty-first century and have had a great influence from the doctrinal contribution among others from Dr. Hagen Henrÿ.
