Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to provide a better solution for the simulation and reproduction of oil painting artwork. Combine the UV inkjet printer with the function of identifying the spot color channel and the high-precision scanner with intelligent light source, calculate the correction curve of spot color channel printing result height of UV inkjet printer, and load it on the surface height information of the original oil painting collected by the scanner, and then use the UV inkjet equipment to complete the printout of the oil painting copy on the printing material at one pass, which improves the copying efficiency. The technical solution can be extended to applications of decorative materials with undulating surfaces, such as floors, and other texture replication.
