Abstract

The fields of digital technology and ICT sectors in Vietnam require lots of investment, internal and from external sources such as FDI investment. FDI capital from developed countries also helps developing countries take advantage of modern technology, learn advanced management experience to develop economic fields, create motivation to develop industries. Smart production. Developed countries have used technologies such as IoT, machine learning, and artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize supply chains, improve factory efficiency, accelerate product innovation, and enhance value service. In the context of global integration, there are many foreign businesses choosing Vietnam in general and Thai Nguyen in particular as an investment location. This paper uses methods of meta-analysis, comparative statistical methods, survey methods, qualitative and quantitative analysis methods. The results of the article will objectively assess the impact of FDI on the growth of digital tech, ICT sectors and the whole economy. At the same time, propose solutions to increase the efficiency of using capital and technology to develop the digital economy on the basis of taking advantage of digital technologies from countries and large economic groups.
