Abstract

The ultimate goal of improving the quality of economic efficiency is to promote sustainable economic development. Taking Chongzuo City in Guangxi as an example, the DEA model is used to analyze its regional economic efficiency, and spatial measurement analysis methods such as ArcGIS natural discontinuity method (Jenks) and geographic detector model are used to research the spatial differences and driving factors of regional economic efficiency. It is concluded that the regional economic efficiency value of Chongzuo City is at a relatively high level, while the overall economies of scale efficiency value of the counties (districts) under Chongzuo City is higher than their comprehensive economic efficiency value and pure technical economic efficiency value. The regional economic super-efficiency of Chongzuo City has spatial differences. The regional GDP, the total fixed asset investment and total retail sales of social consumer goods are the core factors affecting the spatial difference of the regional economic super-efficiency of Chongzuo City. The impact of the city's economic super-efficiency is greater than the impact of any single influencing factor on the spatial distribution of Chongzuo's economic super-efficiency.
