This is a comprehensive book on physiotherapy for adult neurological disorders with chapters describing physiotherapy assessment and management for those adult patients in the acute care and rehabilitation units of hospitals or centers. About the editor
Dr. Abraham M. Joshua (MPT Neurosciences, Ph.D.) graduated from Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal, is a consultant adult neuro-physiotherapist in Kasturba Medical College Ambedkar Circle Hospital, and an Academician in Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore. Dr. Joshua has over 20 peer-reviewed national and international publications that are Scopus indexed. He serves as a subject expert in the field of stroke rehabilitation and Parkinson’s disease. Dr. Joshua is a board of studies member and a member of the Doctoral Advisory Committee for MAHE and other universities. He has conducted several workshops and delivered several oral presentations in national and international conferences and meetings.
