Abstract

Due to the rapid development of human society and the transition from agricultural society to industrial society, people's material life is constantly enriched, but industrialization also brings a tense pace of life, and the sense of alienation between people brings endless stream of social problems. Art psychotherapy is regarded by contemporary people as one of the important ways to persuade and solve psychological problems. Painting psychotherapy is also one of the important forms of art psychotherapy. This therapy can not only accurately and realistically complete the subconscious inner expression and spiritual release of patients, but also reduce the work pressure of psychologists. This design is an innovative upgrade and expansion of the traditional painting treatment mode.
