Abstract
The rapid shift to remote online learning as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic resulted in a rethink of how education was, is, and should be delivered. The Life and Future Skills course at a large tertiary higher education institution in the United Arab Emirates was equipped to make this change, having been previously amended to deliver the curriculum in a blended learning environment. This chapter recounts the timeline of the innovative changes in the curriculum and delivery of the course and some of the challenges and successes that occurred during this time of change.
