Abstract

In-depth analysis of the development and advantages of virtual manufacturing technology, detailed discussion of current hot issues in virtual manufacturing technology, collision detection simulation status, overview of the development of collision detection algorithms, specific analysis of the current virtual manufacturing environment collision detection technology For existing bottlenecks, a parallel detection technology for optimized calculations is proposed, including: fast parallel collision detection based on graphics hardware and a divide-and-conquer strategy and pipeline technology to complete collision detection. Finally, the efficiency and superiority of the algorithm are demonstrated through experimental data.
