Abstract

Electro-Hydrostatic Actuator (EHA) is an important form of power by wire actuation technology and an integrated Actuator. The fault diagnosis technique plays an important role in improving the reliability of the system by detecting the system running condition to find the fault and analyze the cause of the fault. In order to improve the reliability of EHA, the simulation model of EHA was established in AMESim software, and then the typical faults were analyzed and simulated and injected into the system. We used MATLAB tools to process the output signals, analyzed and obtained the fault characteristics under various states, thus achieving the purpose of fault diagnosis.
