Abstract

With concise and vivid language and delicate and beautiful pictures, picture books have become a fashion for children's reading training in the 21st century. In addition, with the improvement of people's living standards, people focus on the spiritual level, cultural improvement, more and more attention to children's reading education. The development of picture books based on information technology has a broad development prospect. The following through the picture book introduction, picture book creation, development prospects and other contents are discussed.
