Abstract
Objective: To explore the rule of fresh rehmannia glutinosa using modern information technology, and to explore the application ideas and principles of high-frequency core drugs. Methods: with CNKI and ancient books as data sources, the clinical application of ancient and modern fresh rehmannia glutinosa was screened out, and the relevant Chinese medicine prescriptions or proprietary Chinese medicine preparations were screened out. The standard Chinese medicine was entered into excel 2013, and then SPSS modeler 14.1 was used to analyze the association rules to reveal the mechanism of high-frequency drugs. Results: among the 1 TCM prescriptions that meet the inclusion criteria, 5 association rules of drug pairs and drug groups were obtained. Conclusion: fresh rehmannia is often used in combination with ginger, sugarcane and Dendrobium.
