Report on Yangtze River Rehabilitation and Protection 2019

Abstract

In the New Era, the rehabilitation and protection of the Yangtze River will be advanced in accordance with the five-sphere integrated plan and the four-pronged comprehensive strategy. We must pursue the vision of innovative, coordinated, green, open, and sharing development, stay commitment to the people-centered philosophy, and fully act on the water conservancy guiding principle quoted as “prioritize water conservation, balance development with spatial distribution of water resources, practice systematic governance and achieve government-market synergy”.
