Abstract
Agricultural policy embodies strategy to meet development goals in areas such as food production and rural development. Thus a competent agricultural policy analyst must have command of context and an array of economic concepts and tools (of which many presented in earlier chapters) in order to facilitate evidence-based decision-making.
