Abstract

Hepatic artery aneurysms are rare in clinical daily work. Most of the patients are asymptomatic, however, there is a high rupture potential associated with mortality rate. Contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) is a powerful imaging method in the diagnosis and follow-up of hepatic artery aneurysm. In this chapter, we discussed the CEUS features of hepatic artery aneurysms, mainly focus on CEUS evaluation of collateral vessels of hepatic artery aneurysm.
