Abstract
With the accelerated pace of China’s construction industrialization and the rapid development of economy, in recent years, the application and development of BIM Technology has been widely concerned by the country and the industry, which set off a wave of research and promote the development of BIM application, making the construction industry to follow the development of BIM Technology has become an inevitable trend. BIM Technology, as the core technology throughout the life cycle of architecture, has realized the parameter sharing and collaborative work among some specialties, but there are still some obstacles in the data transfer between different professional software. BIM model is an important carrier of building information and an important bridge of information transmission between various professional software. With the increase of global energy consumption and the aggravation of greenhouse effect, green building design and calculation of building carbon emissions have been paid more and more attention. It is of great significance to apply Bim in the field of green building design and building carbon emission calculation.
