Abstract

Cybersecurity defend and safeguard the computing assets including programs in a cybernetwork thereby providing reliability, integrity, and confidentiality of data transfer. In this paper, a detailed description of the communication framework, a functional block, network types, communication functionalities, reliability, and security aspects are provided. Elaborate elucidation of cybersecurity standards and cyberattack mitigation techniques is reviewed. Current research trends in the field of cybersecurity and future scopes are analyzed.
