Abstract
Group-velocity matching is a necessary condition for retaining the pulse-shape and width for an ultrashort pulse generated through nonlinear frequency conversion. We report a group-velocity matched high-power femtosecond pulse generation in mid-infrared band through optical parametric generation. The impact of different repetition-rate is discussed.
