Abstract

This article presents a proposal for an agent-based model that will detect patterns of behavior based on the dynamic characteristics and changing needs of the educational-work environment to be represented. After the analysis of the information obtained and the definition of the scope of the project, the next step to be carried out in the modeling of the proposal that will allow in the future to develop a social simulator in which the relationships and iterations between the agents where each one executes a function and together with the knowledge base, it will be possible to obtain as a dynamic and updated result, the new perceptions that represent the opportunities for improvement in teaching, the learning competencies in the educational process and other factors that will allow the student to integrate appropriately and meet the needs at a given time in the labor sector as well as the strengthening of competencies of the Bachelor of Computer Science program to direct it to increase competitiveness.
