Abstract

With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization in China, land resources have gradually become the important constraint factors for the sustainable development of China’s socioeconomic. Development zones play an important role in the development of high technology industries and scale economy and export-oriented economy, while the land-use is mainly extensively and waste of land is relatively serious.
