Abstract

As a sport with the strong professionalism, tennis has the relatively strict requirement on the coaches and teachers. Because of the comprehensiveness of tennis, there are requirements for athletes from psychological, physical and intellectual aspects, so tennis teachers are required to have good and comprehensive qualities. Not only are teachers required to have the excellent skills, but also the good ability of organization and coordination, which does not mean only to do a few demonstration service movements. That not only damages the prestige of the teachers, but also is not conducive to students’ better learning of the tennis skills. The teaching mechanism of the college tennis course based on the multimedia platform can effectively remedy the problems and shortcomings of the traditional tennis teaching activities and achieve the best effect of students’ tennis curriculum training.
