Abstract
The era has come to recognize the changes in environment, people are living in hazardous climate because of man-made atmosphere, and it cannot be reversed but definitely can be reduced. The climate change on its way ensures the risk to understand and aims at improving the healthcare and emergency services to implement disaster planning relevant to preventing and educating risk communication. The assessment can improve understanding of the relations between climate and health and provides an opportunity for the cloud networking.
