Abstract

The world around us is becoming more technologically sound and advancing now than ever before. We owe this change to our engineers and the innovation they bring to our daily lives, not only in big industries. One of them is the advent of smart cars and the features that make it a smart product overall. There have been many debates about the usefulness of such cars. Recent car accident reports and other related mishaps confirm that we are not close to a world of smart cars alone. The main idea is to determine the need for such cars first. There are two major car accident issues. First is the driver’s negligence, whether driving drunk or driving beyond the speed limit. Second is the time taken to provide assistance or respond to such fatal, minor and major incidents by the emergency service teams. The paper here deals with the above cases including theft prevention and by real-time tracking and surveillance, in the form of an intelligent, first of its kind product, puts forward a solution to all these problems.
