Abstract
The clinical typing of pulmonary aspergillosis depends on the immunity of the patients. After aspergillus spores are inhaled, populations with competent immunity may show no adverse consequences. In populations with immunosuppression, invasive pulmonary aspergillosis (IPA) occurs. In populations with slight immunosuppression or competent immunity, chronic pulmonary aspergillosis or aspergilloma occurs. And in populations with hyperreactive immune response, allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA) occurs. The clinical typing and manifestations of pulmonary aspergillosis are diverse in populations with no immunosuppression. According to a literature report, the incidence rates of breathlessness and wheezing are up to 57.9% and 26.3%, respectively.
