Abstract
The extracardiac conduit total cavopulmonary connection and the intra-atrial lateral tunnel total cavopulmonary connection are the usual forms of the Stage III Norwood surgery. The intra- and extracardiac Fontan operation is another promising procedure, but is not covered in this book.
