Definition

Subsea equipment installation technology is used to fix offshore structures in a certain position according to certain procedures and specifications and also to fix subsea equipment in a certain place according to certain methods and specifications.

Introduction

In recent years, subsea oil and gas development has become the focus of global oil and gas development, and subsea oil and gas production has increased year by year. In view of the depletion of onshore oil resources, subsea will undoubtedly be one of the priorities of the global oil strategy replacement in the future. Gulf of Mexico, West Africa, and Brazil, i.e., the “Golden Triangle,” are the three major subsea core oil and gas development areas. As indispensable equipment for subsea oil and gas development, subsea Christmas tree and subsea manifold have been paid more and more attention by the offshore oil and gas industry.
