Abstract

Computer numerical control (CNC) machine is one of the most important processing means in the manufacturing industry right now. The paper presents and designs a motion controller of manipulator which is used to change the tools for the CNC machine. First, the paper describes the necessity and significance of automatic tools change for CNC machine. Then the details about the hardware and function of the motion controller of manipulator for tools change are introduced. In the end, the paper analyses the data clearly about the whole system when the manipulator is working.
