Abstract

This work is focused on the vibrational properties of Ge-Sb-Te phase-change alloys. We report on the systematic compositional dependencies of the intensities of the bands in Raman spectra of amorphous Ge-Sb-Te alloys. We have also studied the change of the anharmonicity upon crystallization of Ge-Sb-Te alloys using temperature-dependent IR and Raman spectroscopy.
