Abstract
Background: Diabetic Nephropathy (DN), a serious microvascular diabetic complication, is one of the main causes of death. Modern medical treatment is still not able to completely prevent the development and deterioration of DN despite the the fact that it has curative effect to some degree,at present. Therefore, how to effectively prevent the occurrence and development of DN has become a problem that should be solved as soon as possible in the medical community. Method: A valuable scientific hypothesis can be achieved by analyzing keywords frequency in open irrelevant literature in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine to study literature about Diabetic Nephropathy and by discovering the hidden connection among irrelevant literature about DR,. By verifying the obtained hypothesis by experts to guide and realize the discovery of knowledge, we can explore more effective Chinese medicine treatment and methods of DN so that much more references can be provided for scientific researchers and clinical workers. Result: Among the target set C of keywords, the keyword “Anti-inflammatory herb (Traditional Chinese Medicine)” was screened out. Conclusion: Chinese Anti-inflammatory Herb may postpone the forming and exacerbating of Diabetic Nephropathy (DN), and plays an important role in the treatment of DN.
